BLOWN AWAY

In this ever changing pace of life, I am trying to adjust myself, trying to lead a normal life but the material desires are not leaving me alone. I do not know how to control them and is haunted by them every now and then.

Recently I had seen the Sony Cybershot HX 1, a splendid digital camera and developed an acute interest in it. Although the cost was too high, Rs 29,990/- still I did not hesitated to ask my father about it. As always I was again disappointed by a big NO and his regular scolding, I understand the difficulty now I have to pay the college annual fees i.e. around 70K.

When I am alone I ask the Almighty that if you are not giving me enough resource why let me know that there exists these things in the world. I really got depressed upon not being given that camera, but what can I do.....

Nothing’s personal....

Perhaps I am destined to this....

Still I thank Him to have given such a wonderful life and a lot of amazing friends to live for......

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP

From the past 1 month I have been hooked by Adobe Photoshop, it has totally carried me away.I now spend hours together in front of the PC experimenting on it with variety of photos.

I have designed a Tee idea for my upcoming Techfest at the college, do not know whether it will be approved or not.If not I will make it and have it for myself.

I will post some of the pictures here next time.

OUR NEW CHEVY

24th it was, the great Rath Yatra commencing.I was watching its live telecast on the TV.My father called me and told that we have to go to the showroom for the new car....

I was really excited.Upon reaching the showroom I finally got my eyes on our new car...Its Chevrolet AVEO-UVA LS and I just love its base model.And the color, Fiery Red was also quite eye catching.

Although we previously owned a car, it was a pre-owned car, with the new one one of my father's dream came true as he said to me about it later.

UVA initially didn't gave an Ohhh!!! type idea to me but after I felt it in a drive I was amazed, its a superb car to have...the level of comfort, the seating facility, safety, interiors were all superb.

I do not know how to drive a car but yeah....I just love our Chevy....

And yes thanks to General Motors,BBSR.....

A very long gap....
It was some untimely wind that had carried me away and I had started to believe that I have found a reason to live for.

But like always I was wrong again and this time it cost me dearly, messed my 2nd Semester exams.

Certain incidents that have happened confirmed that I am no special which I used to think...

Now I am all alone trying to find peace and happiness in myself....

Concluding, I still thank God to have given me such a wonderful life.

THE BAKRA THEORY

Let me start with the abstract, this is all about me getting booed and monotonically being made a fool over the phone by a bunch of not cool rather fun n masti loving girls, 2nd year CSE, KISD.

A phone from an unknown number, it was a missed call of course and I ignored it for the first time.After receiving a message I called back the number and lo a girl was talking to me.The first thing I was asked "Chinhi paruchu mu kie ?". I told no, the voice was though resembling to one of my present college mate Sagarika Swain(a very broad minded, simple yet dashing gal), but the person holding was kinda knowing a lot about me.And I didn't liked this idea.

There was a regular network congestion problem, still I managed with the phone.During the talk there were several pauses from their side and I could hear lot of chitter chatter , obviously a grapevine talk.And then the data was coming over to the phone .So I doubted it to be a mess or hostel.


The respectable speaker on the other side exclaimed that she used to study with me in the school from Section-C.My first doubt started here itself.In my school, D.M.School the C section students are taken by an entrance exam from Std 6th.
Then there was a message from that no, a romantic one ending with
"Miss u so much....luv u jeet".

Here I got the second doubt if my friend of schooltime he/she would never have spelled my name as 'jeet'.So I was confirmed that no way the person over the phone is one whom i know ( Probably during the phone).
And let me clarify it to all of you again, its
Prasanjit not Prasanjeet.
Its as written on all of my certificates and more appropriately is being given by parents.

But the unique voice resemblance of the speaker who I came to know at last to be Priyankaji with my classmate made a miscaptulation in my decisive thoughts.

They tried a lot of, not plans rather methods to make me BAKRA and yes they got me.
Sometimes I think I am born to be a BAKRA, its my birth right.Ha ha ha!!!
Just joking.

Now let me introduce the mastermind behind the great BAKRA raid.Welcome with your hands and legs risen The Great, the one and only (u can add many no of fans as u like)
Supriyaji.

And the whole lot of discussion over the phone was to discover my GF not Grand Father or GodFather but my Girl Friend.And here comes into picture Bagmi Das whom my dear 4th Sem bunch of Nine Yard gals have taken to be my GF.
(Well if it would have been true, then I think my phone would neva be free, ha ha ha!!!)

Although there were a lot of tutis in the methods they got me upto some extent and let me now tell about Bagmi Das.

She is a girl with extraordinary talents.the first girl of Section C to talk with me and that too in our final year of schooling 2005.The talk followed and proceeded with the help of another friend Anulipsa Swain (a nice and broad minded gal too).
And probably this was the first time a girl of varied section was talking to me.

And we developed a strong relation which is called FRIENDSHIP atleast on Earth( I donot know about other planets) and it cannot be vagued by BAKRA theories...ha ha hooo hooo hoo!!!
( I am kind of getting that I am improving my vocabulary with ha ha hooo hooo hoo!!! a lot)

So at the end after opening the secret knower and BAKRA theory my decisive mind said
oho!!!! MASTI isn't it.

Simultaneously I iterated the no. of I have been made a BAKRA to 13.
And 13 is not a lucky number.(A superb dialogue in "Brothers in Arms-Road to Hill 30")
Ha Ha Ha hoo hoo hoo!!

And lastly I would like to appreciate all the NINE YARD gals to have given rather wbs their time, reaching to a point which I had already encountered 12 times before.
Still my answer remains

"FRIENSHIP CAN NEV@ BE VAGUED WITH THE BAKRA THEORY"

And dont be mistaken I am not angry in anyway, or anything has hurt me.Yesterday I was just off.

Anyway I made a great friend like Priyankaji and of course her little sis whoes name I do not recall (sorry).

Let me tell you a simple yet complicated thing about me.I would refer it as fact rather than quality.

I am not cool at all...............................I am KHOOL!!!

Anupam is my college mate.He is a boy of extra ordinary talent in academic as well as co-academic sessions.I remember him answering to P1 sir (Prof.SVR of SRM Junior College) questions of rotational mechanics which were quite tough.

Although I havent talked with him much, but his attitude describes him a lot.He is an extremely nice going guy, very friendly, helping in nature......lots of qualities to list down......

And at that time this guy was a total genius in computer and internet......I remember my friends Lokesh and Lohit used to bring english songs from him....

His skills and experience in Photoshop is mindblowing, you can see his skills from this.....

PICNIC PARTY-2009

There was this one day fun.....rather I would say a great time to hang out with friends. Netaji (Vivek-EEE), Biswajit-EEE and lots of other friends of mine with great charisma and enthusiasm had arranged the picnic, the holy place KAPILASH.

We all started from the hostel.Buses, I would say were the 'dhabals' like 'Salandi' but better compared to it.
Had old music systems and yes they were spacious and comfortable to hold some 90 & odd students..

Ashok Sir, Deepak Sir and Hiranmayee Madam attended the party and I am very thankful to all of them on behalf of the first year students to have taken the responsibility.........

When it comes to...........'LADIES'

Let me be clear about this.......I have a very little chemistry when it comes to.........Ladies (atleast it is how I feel), say in the range of 5-10 %. Though it looks awkward to scrap it here I feel free while doing the same.

"हर आदमी के कामयाबी के पीछे एक औरत का हात होता है"

True but simultaneous with this one.......


"हर आदमी के नाकाम होने के पीछे भी एक औरत का हात होता है"

Still me and my patience are patient enough and waiting to be acknowledged.......

Nitish's response was positive!!!

Just as I had........(unable to find a suitable word)......expected.Nitish is one of the very few friends I have, who has answered the question positively.

This post is about two of my greatest friends......

Chinmay and Subhransu.

Chinmay and Subhransu are the coolest dudes to hang out with.Both are quite understanding in nature and above all, they are superb friends I have and I will ever have.

Let me tell something about Chinmay.
He, (left in the photo) although a bit lazy has
a great positive responsibility taking attitude,
Whenever given a work he completes it with
great efficiency,a superb sense of humor.He
is kind hearted,broad minded and an expert
in fast decision making.His helping nature is
what liked the most.He has a superb sense of
girliness too.

Subhransu(right in the photo) is a guy,
if you meet him you will never forget(atleast
it happened with me).He is cool yet simple guy.
His strategic mind has helped us a lot of times.
He has also a superb sense of humor.Helping
natured and kind.With his immense knowledge
in literal Oriya and his capacity to deliver it
tactfully he has all to become a good
politician in future(oh!!! and yes without
corruption).The statement "Simple living and
high thinking " suits best to him.


Recently, we three celebrated the New Year's Eve in a grand(as to us). Chinmay and Subhransu had cooked the chicken, oh!! you should have tasted it.The dish was Chicken Kasa
(a typical dish in which the chicken is smeared and heated with the spices only).

We ate together, talked with friends over the phone till late and slept together(now now dont figure out anything stupid!!!).God! thanks for giving us this chemistry.

Although there are ups and downs between us, the light of our friendship erases these spots of darkness.

Let me tell you our friendship in a spiritual way......
